Cat's Pyjamas is sourced from Fazenda Pinhal in Brazil's Sul de Minas region, where siblings Pedro Gabarra and Mariana carefully cultivate coffee with a strong focus on sustainability and quality. Naturally processed and grown at around 1,000 metres above sea level, this Mundo Novo coffee develops a smooth, balanced character with the comforting sweetness that makes it such an easy-drinking favourite.
