Refund policy
Because we sell both fresh coffee and non-perishable items, our returns policy differs slightly depending on the product type. Please read the relevant section below.
Perishable Goods (Coffee Beans & Ground Coffee)
As our coffee is a fresh, perishable product we are unable to accept returns on coffee once it has been dispatched. We cannot offer refunds for change of mind, taste preference or incorrect grind selection chosen at checkout. This is due to freshness, hygiene, and resale limitations.
Of course, we always strive for your order to arrive with you safely and promptly, if something has gone wrong please email us at admin@purresso.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery for review.
Non-Perishable Goods
(e.g. merchandise, accessories, gifts)
For non-perishable items, providing items are in unused and original condition and original packaging is intact, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at admin@purresso.co.uk
We cannot accept returns on worn or used items, washed garments, items damaged after delivery, personalised or custom goods (if applicable).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on non-faulty items. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Order Cancellations
Because our coffee is roasted fresh to order orders for coffee cannot be cancelled once roasting has begun or the order has been dispatched.
If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before processing begins.
