This speciality coffee is grown by Pedro Gabarra and his sister Mariana on one of the most sustainable farms in Sul de Minas, Brazil. Grown naturally at around 1,000 metres above sea level from the Mundo Novo variety, it delivers a rich, balanced cup that reflects the care and expertise of its farmers.
