Limited Edition
Inspired by cats who spend their days chasing sunbeams, The Sun Catcher is our limited-edition summer blend.
Our limited edition summer blend inspired by every cat's favourite pastime: finding the warmest spot in the house and stretching out in a golden patch of sunshine.
Crafted from speciality coffees from Brazil and El Salvador, The Sun Catcher has been carefully roasted for a smooth, mellow cup with notes of honey and summer stone fruits.
Rich enough for a satisfying espresso, silky with milk and beautifully balanced as a filter brew, it's an easy-drinking blend made for lazy mornings, sunny afternoons and wherever the sunshine finds you.
Available for a limited time this summer: catch it while the sun shines.
Hotter Than You
A cat's normal body temperature sits around 38–39°C, a couple of degrees warmer than ours. No wonder they're always looking for somewhere toasty.
Vitamin D
Unlike us, cats don't rely on sunshine to make their vitamin D. They get it through their food. So all that sunbathing? Purely for the vibes.
Born to Lounge
Cats typically spend around 12–16 hours a day sleeping and plenty of their waking hours lounging too. When you’re this committed to taking it easy, finding the perfect sunny spot is serious business.
Easy to brew. Easy to drink. The kind of coffee you'll keep reaching for all summer, whether that's an espresso in the morning or something long and iced in the afternoon.
More importantly, every bag helps support The Stray Cat Club, with £1 donated from this purchase to help rescue cats in need.
Every purchase of The Sun Catcher helps support The Stray Cat Club's incredible rescue work. Behind every statistic is a cat with their own story, personality and second chance.
Ipê
Ipê arrived at The Stray Cat Club after living locally as a stray, where he had become a familiar face to many people in the area. There were rumours that he had an owner, but when proof was requested, communication stopped. Ipê remains safely in their care behind the scenes while he recovers from a stubborn flea allergy.
Bobble Hat
Bobble Hat was The Stray Cat Club’s final rescue of 2023, but sadly spent months being overlooked for adoption because he is FIV positive. After watching him face rejection time and again, his foster family decided they simply couldn’t let him go. Now officially home, Bobble Hat also plays foster dad to many of the single kittens who come into the Club’s care.
Pomegranate's Kittens
Pomegranate’s kittens were lucky enough to be born safely in The Stray Cat Club’s care after their mum came to them as part of the Thornton Heath Colony. Instead of beginning their lives outdoors, the kittens have been able to grow up surrounded by warmth, care and plenty of love, giving them the safe start every kitten deserves.
Jujube
Jujube came to The Stray Cat Club as a tiny stray kitten after being discovered living between a hedge and fence in a local garden. Thankfully, Jujube is now safe and cared for, while the team continue working to rescue the other strays nearby, including two cats they believe could be his mum and dad.
Pom
Pom was born safely in The Stray Cat Club’s care before finding his forever home with one of their volunteers. More recently, he became a little lifesaver when his sister suddenly became seriously unwell, donating the blood she desperately needed. Behind the scenes, Pom is also a brilliant big brother to single kittens who come into the Club’s care, currently Blossom!
Whether it's providing food, veterinary treatment or simply giving another cat a safe place to stay while they wait for a forever home, every purchase helps The Stray Cat Club continue their rescue work.
Thank you for being part of it.
